Our Haylage comes well wrapped in polythene in 150kg (approx), 220kg (approx) and the 300kg approx bales as well as our new 20kg bales.

Energy levels range from 5% to 12% protein.

All bales are square so can be dismantled in "flakes" making it easier to quantify feeding.

All bales are coded so that we have complete traceability.

Feeding Recommendations

The average horse (16hh) will eat 8-10kgs of haylage per day. A 150kg bale will last 2 horses up to a week. To retain quality, haylage bales should be opened at one end and the plastic removed as required day by day, therefore extending the life of the opened bales.

An articulated lorry
A 6 wheeler rigid lorry

Both lorries are equipped with the latest ride-on forklifts. The driver is able to unload without any assistance using these forklifts in a very short space of time. The use of these forklifts is free of charge.
